This video is meant to be a foundational and introductory offering in the realm of how we can support and stabilize our pelvic bowl. Because I believe posture is the foundation to pelvic health, this is where we begin.
My intention in offering programs to support and stabilize the pelvic bowl is to support healing from:
- Trauma – sexual and emotional
- Chronic Pelvic Pain
- Chronic Bladder Infections/Interstitial Cystitis
- Repeated Miscarriages
- Postpartum Complications
- Organ Prolapse (Bladder, Uterine, Rectal)
- Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
In the works is an entire program dedicated to supporting the pelvic bowl. It includes more postural practices, balanced exercises, belly dance practices and nutrition support.
